Why the price of led lighting so different?

There are so many factories to produce LED and LED lights,different factories will use different quality materials,that’s an important reason of led lights’ price so different.

Due to the increasingly fierce price war, even the lamp’s appearance, structure and function is almost same, but the price difference will be 2-3 times, so many users do not know what should be choosed

Let’s talking about why the price of led lighting so different.

1.    Lumens.

Different LED Brightness,then different price.

2.    Anti-static ability

Strong anti-static ability,then long life time,but in high price.Usually more than 700V can be used for led lighting.

3.    Wavelength

Same wavelength then same color,if you want them all in same color,then price is high.Without color device,it is hard to produce pure color products.

4.     Leakage current

LED is a single direction of the light emitting, if there is a reverse current, then known as leakage, large leakage current,then the life time is short,and low price.

5.     Beam angle.

Different application,then should be used different beam angle,special beam angle, the price is higher. Such as the diffusion angle, the price is much higher.

6.    Life time

Lighting decay is more fast,then life time is short,small lighting decay,then long life time.

7.    LED Chip

Using different led chip,the price will be much different.Japanese,United States’ chip will be more expensive,such as CREE,NICHIA,Bridgelux.And  other chip is also good,such as SamSung,Epistar,the price is not so high,but stable quality.And here,we are not talking about other cheap chip.

8.    Chip size.

Big chip will better than small chip,and the price of big chip also expensive than small one.
